We strive to display product information as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, texture, sizing, or design may occur due to production processes or screen differences.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB).
Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment gateways supported by Omise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

AREZ reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pre-order Terms

Pre-order items are produced upon order confirmation. Estimated timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on production conditions. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

DEPOSIT PURCHASE POLICY

Please read carefully before placing a deposit order.

1. Nature of Deposit Orders

Certain products may be offered under a Deposit Purchase system.
A deposit secures your selected item and confirms your intention to complete the purchase.

The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe specified by AREZ.

2. Deposit Payment Terms

The deposit is generally non-refundable, as it is used to secure inventory and allocate production.

Refunds may only be considered in cases where the brand is unable to fulfill the order.

Deposits are not transferable to other products unless approved by AREZ.

3. Remaining Balance

Customers must complete the remaining balance within the notified payment period.

If the remaining balance is not paid within the specified timeframe:

The order may be cancelled
The deposit may be forfeited
The secured item may be released for sale

AREZ will notify customers prior to cancellation.

4. Production & Timeline

If the item is made-to-order or pre-order, it remains subject to the AREZ Pre-Order Policy, including production timelines and applicable terms.

5. Modifications & Cancellation

Once a deposit is placed, cancellation or modifications (size, color, product) may not be possible, as production allocation may have begun.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a deposit, the customer confirms that they:

Have read and understood this policy
Acknowledge that deposits are generally non-refundable
Agree to complete payment within the specified timeframe

Delivery & Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including production issues, logistics delays, or customs clearance.

Limitation of Liability

AREZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays caused by force majeure events.
